Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated transit time: 7–12 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $69

Express Shipping

Shipping fee: $19.99
Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after shipment.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

To request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at support@ackkord.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package.
